San Francisco

Known for its landmarks including the Golden Gate Bridge, cable cars and the famous Alcatraz island, San Francisco is one of the top tourist destinations in the world, ranking 35th out of the 100 most visited cities worldwide. With a population of 805,235 it is not as huge as other cities in California such as Los Angeles or San Diego, but the variety of the things San Francisco has to offer is just astonishing.

The culture of San Francisco is major and diverse in terms of arts, music, cuisine, festivals, museums, and architecture. San Francisco’s diversity of cultures along with its eccentricities are so great that they have greatly influenced the country and the world at large over the years.

Madrid

After London and Berlin, Madrid is the third largest city in the European union. Home of over 3,3 million people it the capital and also largest city of Spain.
